 About Us Christ 's Ambassadors of Reconciliation and Evangelism (C.A.R.E.) Ministries was founded in 1996 by Bishop C.V. Singletary with a focus on "strengthening the family". C.A.R.E. provides hope, healing and help with our Christ centered approach through Evangelism (Preaching - crusades, revivals, radio broadcast, The C.A.R.E. Chronicle Newsletter); Reconciliation (Teaching - spiritual, personal and family reconciliation through prayer, family worship, biblical instruction, interpersonal relationships, pastoral care, etc); and Service (Reaching - Care packages, clothing, book scholarship, benevolence, referrals and partnering with area churches and ministries with resources, etc.) to people/families irrespective of race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, ethnicity, language, or condition of disability.
