 BISHOP CHARLES V. SINGLETARY, ACMC-III is a Certified Master Chaplain, Hospice Chaplain, and Senior Chaplain for the Bergen County Council of Churches. Bishop Singletary Pastor's the congregations at the Bergen Regional Medical Center in Paramus, NJ and the Reformed Church of Oradell in Oradell, NJ. He also serves at the First Baptist Church of Lincoln Gardens, He is the CEO and Founder of C.A.R.E. Ministries, Inc. [a ministry committed to providing hope (proclamation), healing (prayer) and help (provision) in "Strengthening the Family" through preaching, teaching and reaching with the word and the work of the Lord]. He was the past 2nd Vice Presider and Ecumenical Liaison on the Executive Board of Bishops for The Fellowship of Independent and Global Churches and Ministries, Inc. He is a graduate of Rutgers College, John Jay College and Drew Theological Seminary in NJ. He has earned a M.T.S., MA and BA Degrees, as well as, several Certificates of Completions from The Fellowship of Independent and Global Churches and Ministries, Inc. Bishops College and The World Bishops Council School of Episcopacy held at Princeton University and Union Theological Seminary. He is also a Graduate of the Clinical Pastoral Education Residency Program at RWJUH in New Brunswick, NJ. He is graduate of the Class of 2010 BergenLEADS Leadership Program and an Alumni (Graduate) of the Lott Carey Foreign Mission Pastoral Excellence Program, ministering in South America, Jamaica and Africa. Bishop Singletary is an Evangelist, Commencement Speaker, Convocation Speaker, Harvest Radio Host for “Strengthening the Family” Radio Broadcast, Conference Speaker and Christian Advisor for Christian Overcomers, Promise Keepers, and various denominational, non and interdenominational, multi-ethnic, and multi-cultural churches, ministries and fellowships. Some of his memberships include: The World Bishops Council, the Academy of Certified Chaplains, the Association of Professional Chaplains, the United States Chaplains Assoc., the American Board for Certification in Homeland Security, the Harvest Fellowship Council, and the Fellowship of Black Churches of Hackensack and vicinity.
